Barham / Cain / Mynatt, Inc. is a mechanical consulting engineering firm. The firm was founded in 1984 by Rodney E. Barham. Mr. Barham retired in 2001 with over 39 years of engineering service to the community. Terry Mynatt joined the firm in 1985 and became a principal in the firm in 1993. William Cain joined the firm in 1994 and became a principal in 1995.

Barham / Cain / Mynatt, Inc. offers Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Fire Protection and Industrial Piping engineering services for a wide variety of clients throughout the community. The objective of the firm is to be responsive to the needs of each client and to utilize the years of experience of all our staff to satisfy the goals set forth for each project. We strive to look at each project from perspective of the client in order to better meet their needs through our services. The firm offers sound planning and experienced engineering for all types of construction, renovation, energy management and building design projects.

Engineering designs can be produced in both AutoCAD or Revit MEP software. The firm began utilizing Autodesk's Revit software in 2009 for design services. We have over seven years of experience in modeling HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in 3D for coordination with architectural models. Revit models are provided to our clients for their use in coordination between trades by utilizing Dropbox and Autodesk 360.

We currently offer engineering services using AutoCAD 2012 - 2017, and Revit 2015, 2016, and 2017. Examples of our Revit abilities are available on our BIM / REVIT page.
